I brought the freelancer plan and hardly tried to use it for searching tiktok influencers. It didn't work. The filters which had US location showed multiple countries influencers and I even selected the "Has contact information " button but still got almost all of the influencers without email. I requested a refund on multiple email addresses provided on website but didn't got any response. It is stated in term of services that users are eligible to get refunds within 7 days. I want a refund and I requested it multiple times but I haven't got response over 24 plus hours. Kindly issue me a refund as soon as possible.
